About the Founder & CEO
Pamela began her career as an analyst for the “buy side” on Wall Street with GE. It is there that she learned how to completely immerse herself in a company—its philosophy, mission, and vision. This training has been deeply ingrained in Pamela's DNA and is now an integral part of how NextGen approaches a project.
After over 15 years in a successful marketing career, Pamela wanted to become more “mission-focused” - putting clients first instead of just selling a service. Her vision was to combine great design sensibilities, solid marketing strategies and executions, and state-of-the-art analytic tools to create a true return on investment (ROI) for organizations.
